The Royal Dramatic Theatre

Blog

Me and my dear friend Virve have started a yearly tradition that we at least once a year should go to the Royal Dramatic Theatre. The Royal Dramatic Theatre, founded in 1788 and commonly known as Dramaten, is Sweden´s national theatre.
The Royal Dramatic Theatre´s building at Nybroplan in Stockholm has been the theatres home since 1908. This great art noveau-building houses five stages. The Main Theatre seats up to 770 spectators.

Last thursday we visited Dramaten again and this time we saw “Woyzeck”
We meet the desperate and needy soldier Woyzeck who bullied by their officers and subjected to medical experiments. When his wife Marie cheats on him, he commits a terrible act…

Behind the scene

Some behind the scene pics from yesterdays photo shoot. We were working outside the whole day. I can say it was refreshing. The location was under a bridge in Stockholm city. The concrete walls were beautiful and gave a warm and natural light to the pictures. My favourite wall is the one on the last pic, where our model Patrik wears a suit. Love the contrast.

A big thank you to Liv, who is helping me with everything from getting all the clothes, return them and go and buy us all coffee. She is always a step ahead and there is always a big smile on her face.
